SK opened a lawsuit after a car hit a journalist in Krasnoyarsk

“A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 144 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Obstruction of the legitimate professional activities of journalists”), ”the statement said.

According to RIA Novosti, a source in the region’s law enforcement agencies who had hit a journalist with a driver, was an assistant to the former deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Anatoly Bykov, Alexei Talyuk.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the driver was not hiding from the scene of the incident.

Earlier it became known that in Krasnoyarsk a foreign car driver shot down Pavel Brykin, a journalist for the Rossiya TV channel.

Previously, the incident occurred in the area of ​​Chernyshevsky street, 75a, a resident of Krasnoyarsk driving a Mercedes hit a correspondent while trying to interview him.

The victim with serious injuries was hospitalized.
