Qatar denounced the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's granting of Qatar Health Minister Hanan Al-Kuwari an entry permit to attend the meeting called by the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council to preventively deal with the Corona virus, only after the start of the meeting.

The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs said - in a statement posted on its Twitter page - that it regrets and denounces the Minister for not granting permission to attend the meeting, despite Saudi Arabia's claim that the Organization of the Gulf Cooperation Council, especially the technical committees, are effective and not affected by the Gulf crisis, noting that Saudi Arabia is a humanitarian sector that requires wisdom And the necessity to keep him away from political differences.

The Health Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, yesterday, Wednesday, held an emergency meeting at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Council in Riyadh, in which they announced taking unified precautionary measures to preventively deal in their border outlets to confront the "new Corona" virus (Covid 19).

She called on the Saudi Qatari Foreign Ministry to play its role as a headquarters country for the Gulf Cooperation Council with impartiality and professionalism, stressing Qatar's commitment to cooperate with all Gulf countries to prevent confrontation against the Corona virus.
