“Those events that took place yesterday are a consequence of, among other things, the information war that continues with respect to our country both internally and externally,” said the head of government in the Verkhovna Rada.
In his opinion, "provocations" will continue, and "the information field will continue to swing."
Goncharuk also noted that the authorities did everything to keep the evacuated citizens safe.
The Ukrainian authorities evacuated 45 Ukrainians and 27 foreigners from China. The operation escalated into riots and clashes with the police.
