Maria Chabo, head of operations for the company, responds via email and gives her a picture of what has happened.

- We are currently very pressured as there has been a lot to do with reshaping and securing the staff's future. It's about 40 people who now need to look for a new job and many users will have to meet new people for help, writes Maria Chabo.

The municipality of Norrköping has conducted an investigation of the company, as there were suspicions that efforts for home service employees had not been made.

According to the municipality's audit, the company has systematically manipulated the basis for payments and thus received significant amounts on the wrong basis. According to the municipality, the company must also have corrected its time reporting.

"Come as a surprise"

The notice of termination came as a surprise, according to Maria Chabo.

- For us, this has come as a surprise. We have carried out efforts outside the customer's home in the form of, among other things, purchases, pharmacy cases,
accompaniments. Time adjustments have been made when stamping could not be done at the customer's home in his or her home.

The company has now demanded a meeting with the municipality.

- We only received three customer documents, which we met on 14 February. We have not been able to handle more than this basis, writes Maria Chabo.
