Earlier, the State Duma Committee on State Building and Legislation, during a meeting on February 19, supported an amendment to the Constitution, according to which the president will exercise overall leadership of the government.
The committee also supported the amendment prohibiting the chairman of the government and federal ministers from having accounts with foreign banks.
