The chairman dropped out: "It doesn't look like 40-50 years ago"

On Saturday, Värmland's football association has an extra annual meeting, just a few weeks before the annual general meeting, to elect two new members after those who have dropped out.

- I wanted more people to join our community, says Jörgen Nordmarker.

Ulrika Nilsson, who is vice-chair and who leads the work of the board until the next annual meeting, says it is sad that members will leave during the term of office.

- But we are constantly working on gender equality, she says, pointing to a gender equality project in football that the union participates in.

So you think Jörgen Nordmarker is wrong and that you are good at equality?

- We can always be better, but we work on the issue. It is current, she says.

The nomination committee's proposal is that Pernilla Uddh, Karlstad, and Peter Palmqvist, Degerfors, be elected as new board members.
