According to the document, "If retirement of a public prosecutor is considered broadly, it is included in the" retirement of retirement "in the National Public Service Act. It is natural to understand that prosecutors also apply the provisions of the National Public Service Law." And

Meanwhile, the National Personnel Authority has submitted a document to the Board accepting the Ministry of Justice's opinion, stating, "There is no room to interpret the Prosecutor's Office Law."
However, opposition parties have criticized the lack of a date in the two documents as a problem, and it is expected that debate over Kurokawa's retirement will continue.
