“According to preliminary data, on Wednesday evening at about 10 p.m. in two different places in Hanau, shooting occurred. At least one person was seriously injured in the Hoymarkt district ... Another crime scene was recorded in the Kurt-Schumacher-Platz area, ”the report said.
The motives for the crime are still unknown. The police began an investigation.
Earlier, the Bild newspaper reported that when shooting in two hookah bars, Hanau killed eight people and injured at least five more.
