The arrested man is suspected of chopping two men in the back inside the hamburger restaurant.
"He has been arrested, questioned and is now under arrest pending the prosecutor's hope to arrest him," says Stefan Hamnstedt, inspector at the Uppsala police, to Aftonbladet.
