February 18, 2020 The Ministry of Health has recalled some batches of bottled Coca-Cola due to the possible presence of glass filaments. The notice of recall, issued by the company, is published on the website of the ministry.This is the 'Coca-Cola Original Taste' product: 20 cl glass bottles in a pack of 6, production batch L191219, produced by Coca-Cola HBC Italia srl in the Nogara (Verona) factory. The reason for the recall is the "possible presence of foreign bodies (glass filaments)".
"We invite you - reads the website of the ministry, which published the notice of recall by the company - to check the batch number shown on the neck of the bottle: if it corresponds to those involved, we invite you not to consume the drink and contact our toll-free number to arrange the replacement (toll-free number 800.534.934) ".
