It is clarified that the lawsuit is connected with a penalty for violation of the terms of the state contract for the modernization of a batch of AK-74 assault rifles of 5.45 mm caliber to the level of "body kit for ground forces" worth about 705 million rubles.
According to the agency, the plaintiff initially demanded more than 168 million rubles.
