The Ministry of Internal Affairs began a check because of a bus hit on an Amur tiger in Primorye

“Police officers are checking information about a collision with a Red Book animal near the village of Gogolevka in the Krasnoarmeysky District,” the department said.

Police officers and hunting inspectors went to the scene.

The agency clarifies that the bus that was heading to Khabarovsk shot down an Amur tiger on a highway in the Primorsky Territory.

In November 2019, the Orenburg Oblast Prosecutor's Office brought a lawsuit against a local resident who was trying to steal an Amur tiger cub from a cage in a zoo.
