It is the second weekend in a row that the British Isles are hit by heavy storms. Last weekend it was the storm Ciara and now it's the storm Dennis.
In their places, high flows already exist and the weekend's rainfall is expected to cause flooding in many places. Already, several airlines and train companies have canceled thousands of flights due to the floods.
