The National Ambulance Crews finally assisted a woman who was surprised by the pain of childbirth at her home in Al Nuaimiya in the Emirate of Ajman, where the newborn did not wait for the hospital to arrive for the first time in the world.

In detail, a communication was received to the National Ambulance Operations Room last Thursday at 6:47 am by one of the persons stating that his wife is feeling the pain of labor and is about to give birth at home in the mentioned area, adding that he can see the baby’s head, and he was immediately sent Two ambulances and a first responder vehicle to the location of the communication. The National Ambulance Operations Room team contacted the emergency department in the hospital through the "early warning line" to inform him about the case and the time of its arrival so that it is ready to receive it, and began giving first aid steps over the phone to help the husband deal with the emergency and contribute to maintaining the safety of his wife When the ambulance crews arrived, the woman gave birth after a few minutes after receiving the communication. Soon after, the paramedics arrived at the cashier's house to find the newborn in the arms of his mother, to urgently rescue both of them and transport them in a stable condition to Sheikh Khalifa Hospital Ajman to receive the necessary medical care.

The National Ambulance urges pregnant women to undergo regular visits to the doctor and follow instructions in terms of the expected date of birth, their signs and real symptoms to reduce the possibility of facing sudden labor, and avoid the risks associated with giving birth outside the hospital environment.
