According to the Swedish Transport Administration, there will be stops in train traffic from 12 noon on Sunday, February 16 on the routes: Halmstad - Nässjö, Vaggeryd-Nässjö, Nässjö-Vetlanda and Nässjö-Hultsfred.

Traffic is expected to resume on Monday, 17/2 at 12 noon, but the time may change depending on the weather.

Class 1 warning

During the weekend, a storm is moving towards the Swedish west coast, and later also Jönköping County. Heavy rains are expected to replenish lakes and streams that already have high water levels, and at the same time, the harsh wind can cause it.

SMHI has issued several Class 1 warnings in southern Sweden on Saturday, including for heavy rainfall and very harsh winds. The worst weather is expected to strike during the night through Monday.
