“A criminal case has been opened against a 63-year-old man. He is suspected of committing a crime under subsection “a” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("The murder of two or more persons"), "the report said.

Earlier it was reported that in Kaliningrad in the central market, a man and a woman died as a result of shooting, "a child with a gunshot wound was hospitalized."
The man who opened fire on passersby died in a hospital.
