The investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Kaliningrad Region reported that a 13-year-old teenager was injured.
According to the investigation, at around 19:00 on the street of Professor Baranov, an unknown man from a hunting carbine shot several shots at three passers-by, a man and a woman died of wounds on the spot.
