It is noted that the parties "exchanged views on the immediate termination of the crisis in the Idlib de-escalation zone."
The presidents also "stressed the importance of restoring peace and stability in Libya."
Earlier, US Special Representative for Syria James Jeffrey said that the United States can help the Turkish military in Syrian Idlib with intelligence and the supply of military equipment.
