The details of the incident - according to the case papers and investigations - return when the complainant filed a complaint against the person acquitted by the court, and with whom he lived in the same residence, on the pretext of fraud, as he claimed during his search for his son to work in the state that the accused accused him of being able to obtain a visa for his son and employ him in One of the companies for 30 thousand dirhams, so he gave him the amount, only to discover after a short period of time that he was lying to him, after he had asked him about the visa for several times, and within days of the complainant asking for official papers, the accused brought him a false visa, which led him to file a complaint against him to recover the money .

The court had listened to the statement of the complainant in its previous sessions, and confirmed that he lives with the accused, and was searching for his son for a job, and the defendant was guaranteed this, in exchange for 30 thousand dirhams, indicating that after taking the amount he evaded him, and he was unable to work the visa and papers agreed upon with him .

He continued that he tried with him before submitting the complaint to recover the amount, after he issued a visa that turned out to be forged later, indicating that he was able to recover 13 thousand dirhams, and he is now asking him for 17 thousand dirhams.

The court had faced the accused with the charges attributed to him, so he denied it and said that the complainant loaned him the amount to return it to him on interest, and after several days, he claimed it, and he repaid him 13 thousand dirhams, and remained 17 thousand he paid him after opening the report against him, and now he does not condemn him Anything, while the complainant confirmed in the last session before pronouncing the verdict that the accused gave him the full amount.
