Major General Rukn Tayyar Falah Al-Qahtani, Assistant Undersecretary for Policy and Strategic Affairs at the Ministry of Defense, headed the state delegation participating in the meeting of NATO defense ministers and partners, on the mission of resolute support in Afghanistan held yesterday at the organization’s headquarters in the Belgian capital, Brussels.
The meeting highlighted a number of issues related to the current security situation in Afghanistan, stressing the importance of the mission of resolute support in Afghanistan that contributes to training, support and advice to Afghan forces and security institutions.
