Steinmeier says EU and Russia need better relations

Earlier, Russian Permanent Representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov said that Russia still does not discuss the fate of anti-Russian sanctions with the European Union and does not ask for their lifting.

Chizhov also said that breakthroughs in relations between Russia and the European Union are not expected under the current conditions, although there is a window of opportunity for this.
