Two persons were brought to responsibility under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses on “Small Hooliganism”. The court sentenced the 18-year-old defendant in the form of administrative arrest for a period of five days.
Materials regarding the 17-year-old participant were transferred to the commission on juvenile affairs and the protection of their rights.
The age of two more participants in the video is 15 years. In respect of their legal representatives, administrative protocols have been drawn up. Materials are also sent to the commission.
