For the summary judge of the administrative court of Marseille, "the existence of a serious danger to public health" is, to date, not demonstrated. It thus rejects the request, made by several associations and unions, to suspend the demolition-reconstruction work of the Versailles College, and to relocate the establishment for the duration of the work.

On several occasions, the collective of teachers of the Versailles college had expressed their concerns about the conditions for carrying out the site, in particular on asbestos removal operations. With the association of asbestos victims in education premises in the Bouches-du-Rhône (AVALE 13), the Sud-Education 13 union and the CGT Educ'Action13 union, the collective decided to bring the 'case before the courts, to force the department to suspend the work and complete the preliminary studies.
