The judge of Penitentiary Vigilance number 1 of Valladolid has granted this permission to Iñaki Urdangarin, taking into account that the requirements to allow it are met . And, the former Duke of Palma is a prisoner in the second degree, has served a quarter of his sentence and has maintained good behavior.
