• In 2015, an attempt will be made to have the consulting company Evry conduct one fifth of the interviews for Statistics Sweden's Labor Force Survey, LFS. When the experiment is evaluated, it is concluded that more interviews should be left to Evry when it is considered that the company is at least as good as Statistics Sweden and at the same time considerably cheaper.
  • Evry's share of the interviews in LFS is increased during 2018. The company quickly finds it difficult to maintain a sufficient response rate and in May 2019 Statistics Sweden is forced to buy an additional 1,000 interview hours.
  • Statistics Sweden assumes in October 2019 that they have discovered deficiencies in the data collection for the Labor Force Survey.
  • Statistics Sweden reports in November that the unemployment statistics for September were inaccurate and the authority instead releases new, revised, statistics. Finance Minister Magdalena Andersson (S) says that the error is extremely serious and notes that Statistics Sweden's unemployment statistics will play less role for the government in the near future. Statistics Sweden ends its collaboration with EVRY.
  • Aftonbladet talks about pressed working conditions at Evry. Several sources testify that they regularly participated in events that may have resulted in inadequate telephone interviews being submitted as a basis for Statistics Sweden.
  • SVT reveals that Statistics Sweden's current subcontractor, Mind Research (which is now owned by Origo Group), also has major quality problems. When Statistics Sweden examined telephone interviews, it was found that the interviewers asked leading questions. The errors detected concern living conditions, housing expenses and the National Security Survey.
  • Statistics Sweden confirms SVT's information on the problems with the subcontractor Origo Group. The company confirms capacity problems but refuses quality problems.
