Dogs do not have the ability to express words, but the pampered bitch of an American astronaut expressed her joy by healing them in a very exciting way by wagging her tail and clicking her claws on the door in a widely circulated video on the Internet.

US astronaut Christina Cook won many awards after breaking records of her stay in space for 328 days, but her spoiled dog gave her a special happiness upon her return home. The bitch was waiting at the door, shaking her tail firmly, and clawing her claws on the front door glass as she saw Cook approaching the house.

These clips appeared in a video clip posted by the astronaut on social media on Thursday.

"I didn't know for sure which of us feels more excited (than the other). I feel happy because she remembers me after a year," she wrote in a Tweet on Twitter.

The bitch appears in the footage, creating a stormy atmosphere around the place, as she looked to the front door and raised her front legs on the threshold of his glass window as Cook approached. The excitement escalated when the astronaut entered the house, and the bitch made quick moves to the left and right around Cook before licking her cheeks.

The space capsule, which was carrying the 41-year-old American pilot, landed in Kazakhstan on February 6 after a historic trip to the International Space Station, during which it completed a 328-day record-breaking mission for the longest stay of a woman in space.

Cook, a North Carolina-born engineer, joined the NASA astronauts team in 2013 and also led the first spacewalking of all her crew members in 2019.
