During a search on Lake Fegen, a dead man, identified as the missing man, was found by police on his website.
- He was found by the naval police during the search operation tonight, says Anna Göransson, the police's press spokesperson.
The man had been out on the lake with a friend when SOS received an alert that a boat must have capsized at 7.30 pm on Sunday, while the Ciara storm pulled over western Sweden.
One of the men was found during the night and taken to hospital, but his life could not be saved. The other man has now been found, three days later.
- This is the man we have been looking for, says Anna Göransson.
Why the men set out on the lake in the storm is still unclear.
The man's relatives are notified.
