“Drinks from soy, coconut, nuts - this is a good alternative to milk for people with intolerance to milk protein or, for example, lactose, as well as for vegans. For the rest, it makes no sense to completely exclude our usual milk from the diet and switch to vegetable, ”the Roskachestvo said.

According to Daria Rusakova, member of the expert council of the National Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists, vegetable drinks may contain B vitamins that have a beneficial effect on the nervous system. Also, protein in soy milk is considered safe, it is well absorbed and contains amino acids.

It is clarified that at the same time, such drinks will not replace cow's milk, since they do not have live protein, which contains soluble forms of calcium, "easily absorbed by the body."

In addition, nuts are one of the strongest allergens, and some types of milk analogues are several times fatter than traditional ones. For example, a coconut drink has a fat content of 24%, and pasteurized cow's milk is most often 2.5% or 3.6%, the material says.

Earlier, experts of Roskachestvo compared yogurt with other products that can make up the body's daily requirement for calcium.

Also, the site "Moscow 24" reported that the experts of Roskachestvo called signs of quality dairy products.
