The Department confirmed during the 67th media forum, which was organized yesterday, under the title of the annual achievement file 2019, that the percentage of dismissal in cases reflects the success of Abu Dhabi courts in maintaining a separation rate in cases exceeding 95%, indicating that the percentage of dismissal in the primary courts reached 99% , Compared to 95.8% in 2018, and rose in the courts of appeals from 92.4% in 2018 to 96%, while the completion rates in the courts of cassation reached 95%.
She explained that the number of registered cases in 2019 amounted to 284 thousand and 909 cases, the primary courts accounted for the largest number by 189 thousand and 462 cases, and the implementation departments were ranked second with 31 thousand and 524 cases, and the courts of appeals were ranked third with 29 thousand and 87 cases, and fourth “conciliation and reconciliation” »With 15,304 lawsuits, and fifth, the family guidance departments, with 14,494 cases, and the sixth, the Cassation Courts, with 5,038 cases.
Meanwhile, the judges' commitment to the rulings guideline reached 100%.
