Mondoblog organizes a competition to recruit new RFI bloggers

Mondoblog, the platform of RFI French-speaking bloggers, is organizing its 7th competition to recruit new members into its community. Already strong with its 750 world bloggers, in 2020 Mondoblog continues to grow.

Mondoblog is a platform developed since 2010 by RFI, bringing together French-speaking bloggers selected on competition. Its objective is to participate in the formation of a quality and dynamic international French-speaking blogosphere.

A real online and offline community, Mondoblog is both a participative media and an international training project initiated by the program L'Atelier des Médias de RFI.

Young French-speaking bloggers hosted on the Mondoblog.org site benefit from editorial and technical supervision. They are more than 700 active members in 70 countries. These bloggers most often become journalists, communicators or even entrepreneurs.

A new Mondoblog competition launched in 2020

• This competition is open to the entire Francophone community and is aimed at adults, with no age limit. Keeping a blog is a plus, but you don't have to be a blogger to participate, beginners are also welcome .

• Registration is open until midnight March 1, 2020 and is done exclusively online .

Mondoblog is in full revival

The 2020 competition marks a new stage in the renewal process initiated by Mondoblog in 2019 with the redesign of its site (mondoblog.org). This process consists both of innovations ( Mondoblog audio , to listen to almost every week in L'Atelier des Médias ) but also in strengthening the fundamentals that make Mondoblog successful. Contest is one of those fundamentals. The last one was held two years ago and was awaited by many bloggers who wish to integrate the community. The new Mondoblog site is now ready to welcome them!

Based in Africa, Australia, the United States, Haiti, Thailand, China, or even in Germany and France, bloggers offer their original and diverse vision of the world or their personal and subjective news. You never tell your “home” as well as when you live there, and the news as when you live it… These are stories from all over the world that Mondoblog collects and offers.

On Mondoblog, we “read” but we “bond” too. Reading is good, meeting is better! In 2019, the Mondoblog team went to meet many world bloggers: in Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea and Chad. In 2020 she plans to travel to Tunisia, Togo, Benin, Cameroon ... to meet the "old", loyal to Mondoblog since its first season, but also the "new" about to be recruited.

All these events make the vitality of Mondoblog which evolves, is transformed, grows, year after year, with in perspective, the celebration of its 10 years next November.
