Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed yesterday that his country will win its war against the outbreak of the new Corona virus, while resuming partly in China after two and a half weeks of the Lunar New Year holiday in an atmosphere of turmoil, due to the emerging Corona virus that has killed 908 people until right Now.

In a statement broadcast by Chinese state television, Jinping said that Beijing will take more urgent measures to contain the spread of the virus in Hubei Province.

He added that his country is working to accelerate the development of drugs that have positive clinical effects against the new virus.

The president stressed that the monitored long-term Chinese economic reform plan has not changed, noting that Beijing will not falter in its relentless pursuit of its economic and social goals.

Life in China is still largely paralyzed by this virus, while WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanum Gebresus has warned that what has emerged from this global disease may not yet be "but the tip of the iceberg".

Many areas where millions of people live remain subject to restrictions of movement, especially Hubei Province, where the virus first appeared and has been subject to de facto quarantine since January 23.

Several cities and provinces allowed to resume work on February 11, but school students will continue their vacation, while companies allow their employees to work from home.

The new Corona virus resulted in the deaths of 908 people in mainland China, where the number of infections exceeded 40,000, according to the latest toll issued by the authorities Monday, which indicates stability in the outbreak.

During the past 24 hours, 97 deaths were reported in mainland China, 91 of which were in Hubei. China counted 3,000 new infections.

Two other people outside China, in the Philippines and Hong Kong, previously died as a result of the SK Corona, which first appeared in December in a market in Wuhan.

The global outcome is 910, exceeding the number of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) deaths, which killed 774 people worldwide in 2002 and 2003.

Two banking sources said that more than 300 Chinese companies, including Mituan Dianping, the country's largest food delivery company, and Xiaomi smartphone maker, are seeking bank loans totaling $ 8.2 billion, at least, to mitigate the impact of the new Corona virus outbreak.

The two sources told Reuters yesterday that the companies, including "Didi Chuching Technology", which dominate taxi ordering services, "Megafi Technology", "Chih" and "360 Technology", either participate in efforts to contain the epidemic Or, most affected.
