Only Stockholm and Västra Götaland counties had more accidents involving moped cars in 2019, where 28 and 18 accidents occurred last year, respectively.
In Västernorrland, in 2019, 15 traffic accidents were linked to moped cars, according to statistics from the Swedish Transport Agency. Compared to the number of accidents that occurred in 2015, the figure has doubled.
Throughout Västernorrland there are over a thousand moped cars registered with the Swedish Transport Agency, of which more than half circulate in Sundsvall.
