In an exclusive interview granted to RFI and France 24 in Addis Ababa on Monday, the President of Mali, Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, announces for the first time the opening of a dialogue with jihadist leaders Iyad Ag Ghaly and Amadou Koufa. IBK also reveals that the Malian army is expected to arrive in Kidal on Friday. This city in the north of the country has been outside its control for six years.
