The Fujairah Misdemeanor Court began hearing the case of Asians, one of whom is the manager of a contracting company and his partner, accused of digging a groundwater well in order to sell it and benefit from it financially, without the presence of a permit or adherence to the established conditions and conditions.

By asking the court’s panel of the accused, the first accused denied the charge against him, confirming that he had not drilled a well or sold groundwater for the sake of gain, stating that the father of the second accused was the true manager of the company, and his name was not in the company’s license.

The second accused denied the charge against him, saying that the lawsuit is malicious, as he filed an administrative case with a government agency, three months ago, in order to cancel administrative decisions that are financial fines, pointing out that there is no firm evidence for them that they dug a well for the purpose of selling its groundwater in exchange for Money, claiming his innocence in the case.

While the Public Prosecution rejected the payment that was received, demanding that witnesses be heard.

The court adjourned the judgment pending the completion of the hearings and summoning witnesses of evidence to hear their statements in the case.
