His name is Said Razzouki. He was born in Morocco and emigrated to the Netherlands in his youth. As a teenager, he was noticed by the police for burglary, the sale of hashish.

Then very quickly, he fell into the cocaine trade. Murders, attacks, kidnapping, the facts of which he is accused accumulate. An international arrest warrant is issued against him. He is one of the main suspects in a large drug trial that started in July in the Netherlands.

Shortly after, his name appeared in the international press. The lawyer for a key witness in the famous trial was shot in broad daylight on the streets of Amsterdam.

At the time, some had spoken of "Narco State" to qualify the Netherlands. The police then promised a reward of 100,000 euros in exchange for information to capture Said Razzouki.

But the man remains untraceable. Friday, February 7, the 47-year-old fugitive was finally arrested in Medellin, Colombia. The American anti-drug agency and the FBI intervened. The Netherlands has requested his extradition, which should take "some time", said the Colombian authorities.
