The forensic medicine department at the General Department of Forensic Evidence and Criminology in the Dubai Police was able to prove the innocence of a 30-year-old man, by causing the death of a fiftieth man, after autopsy tests that precisely determined the cause of the death, which was not the result of a dispute and quarrel between the two parties, but rather A heart attack hit the deceased hours before the fight with the young man.

Assistant Commander General for Criminal Research Affairs Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansoori stressed that Dubai Police is keen to prove the innocence of those who are not involved in crimes, to achieve justice through the use of the latest types of technologies, artificial intelligence technology and modern medical laboratory examinations specialized in forensic medicine.

The forensic consultant, Dr. Khaled Al-Buraiki, confirmed that the details of the case came after Dubai police received a report about the death of a 50-year-old Asian man during a dispute between him and a 30-year-old man, indicating that there was a suspicion that the young man caused the death.

Al-Buraiki indicated that the young man mentioned in his account that he did not in any way accustom to the fiftieth man, but rather the latter came to him and was angry at him for a dispute between them at work, where he exceeded the fiftieth over him, except that he was afraid of his strikes, and never accustomed to him, then he turned away from him Suddenly he fell to the ground and died.

Al-Buraiki pointed out that the deceased was transferred to the forensic medicine, and the process of examining the body and conducting the anatomical examination began, to verify the true cause behind the death associated with the young man’s account, indicating that the tests showed that there were no traces of hitting or using an instrument to attack the body of the deceased, which confirms the narration Ostensibly the young man, but further checks were required.

He added that with the autopsy, it was found that the cause of death was due to a heart attack that stopped the delivery of oxygen to the deceased's heart, and we worked to determine the timing of the occurrence of a heart attack through microscopic examinations, and we found that the attack was not synchronized with the occurrence of the quarrel, but rather had affected the deceased before That was for hours, but he was prejudiced against himself despite his tingling sensation.

He added: "After the fiftieth went to the young man to accuse him of their disagreement at work, the rate of his psychological agitation and the great effort he exerted increased, which caused a decrease in the oxygen supply to the heart, and consequently the rapid occurrence of the heart attack that was afflicted with him, and then death."

Al-Buraiki indicated that the ability to determine the timing of a deceased person’s seizure since its inception that does not coincide with the time of his disagreement with the young man, and the absence of aggression effects on his body, confirm that the true cause of death was not the young man involved in it, but rather due to the occurrence of a heart attack that the deceased neglected, And contentment with the decision of prejudice on himself, which led to this result

Al-Buraiki pointed out that the results of the examinations were submitted by the General Department of Criminal Evidence and Criminology to the Public Prosecution that investigated the case, and listened to the statements of the young man and the witnesses that matched with the results of the medical report, so a decision was issued to preserve the case and not to charge the young man being innocent of causing the death.
