The Dubai Military Human Resources Committee, under the supervision of the Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in the Emirate of Dubai, Lieutenant-General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, issued organizational decisions, which included an immediate mechanism to disburse the death grant for dependents of the children of the associate, in addition to a motivational decision to attract the trainees after completing national service in the departments Military, including granting them the total salary of a military intern, even if they are exempted from the foundation course, as well as a new system the committee intends to issue for disciplinary accountability.

In detail, the head of the Dubai Military Human Resources Committee, Mohamed Saad Al Sharif, said that the committee issued organizational decisions related to a mechanism to exchange the death grant for the dependents of the military associates immediately in support of the family of the deceased member, stressing that this enhances social cohesion, and reflects the extent of attention and care it receives Affiliated Persons.

He added that the committee issued a decision as well, in order to support the youth of the country and encourage their recruitment to work in the military departments in the emirate.

He pointed out that the decision includes the disbursement of the total salary of the military trainee according to the salary schedule established for those who are appointed after passing the foundation course, pointing out that the training courses aim at acquiring the associate the skills and capabilities necessary to work in the police and security fields.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Dubai Military Human Resources Committee, Colonel Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Shehhi said that, while seeking to create an environment that achieves job security, the committee is working on issuing a “disciplinary accountability system”, with the aim of codifying all legal procedures for disciplinary accountability, to ensure fairness, integrity and good Law enforcement.

He added that the system includes the unification of all procedures related to disciplinary accountability at the level of military circles, to reduce any unpleasant disparity between these agencies.

Al-Shehhi pointed out that the General Secretariat of the Committee followed the course of the regulations and general decisions issued during the past year, through holding training workshops and meetings with stakeholders in the military departments in the emirate, to find out the results and administrative and technical support for those concerned, to ensure the accurate application of regulations and decisions, pointing out that the most prominent regulations Issued, the system of grievances and internal complaints of the military in Dubai, which was issued in line with Decree No. 27 of 2018 regarding the establishment of the Central Military Grievance Committee in Dubai, and the adoption of its system of work.

He clarified that this system ensures that the grievance process is based on procedures and procedures that take into account transparency and justice internally in the department before moving to the next stage, which is the grievance before the Central Military Grievance Committee in Dubai, and includes a mechanism for determining the date of grievance and issuing decisions on it and implementing them, so that they are integrated and interrelated between the two internal committees And centralization.

He stated that the General Secretariat of the Dubai Military Human Resources Committee is in the process of signing a memorandum of understanding with the Dubai Government's Human Resources Department, to cooperate with the Dubai Institute for Resource Development in preparing training bags, and to participate in studies and research related to human resources, in order to participate in the development of military cadres.
