The Federal National Council addressed the government on 84 recommendations adopted by the parliament during its discussion of seven general topics during the previous legislative term (the 16th), calling for him to be informed of the measures that the cabinet will take regarding these recommendations.

In detail, the Federal National Council sent a letter to the Ministry of Federal National Council Affairs, requesting that the Council be informed of the measures taken by the Council of Ministers regarding Parliamentary recommendations issued by the Council on seven general issues, so that it can be presented to Council members, in implementation of Article (92) of the Constitution And Article (4) of the Council's Bylaws issued by His Highness the President’s Decision No. (1) for the year 2016.

According to the speech, the list of the seven general topics that the council adopted its recommendations and sent to the government to take necessary action on them included the topic of "protecting society from narcotic drugs", which included eight parliamentary recommendations, and developing coordination mechanisms between the ministries of interior and health and community protection, including electronic linking to ensure updating Tables of internationally updated narcotic substances, necessary supervision of dispensing prescriptions, circulation of drugs and dispensing them from pharmacies and private clinics, and drawing up plans and programs of work that take into account international standards to combat drug promotion, to include coordination and cooperation with the General Authority for Organizing Communication for the application of modern technological programs, which include the pursuit of drug promoters and their users electronically, coordination between the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Education regarding awareness of students, monitoring behavioral changes within educational institutions, in cooperation with the family, to limit the spread of the drug phenomenon, and educational programs that take into account the different age classifications according to International standards on drug damage and its health, psychological and social consequences through the World Wide Web and social networks.

The topics mentioned in the thesis included the topic of “the policy of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation”, as the Council adopted 14 recommendations regarding it, the most important of which is the necessity of issuing a special federal law regulating the work of citizens in the labor market in the country, or amending the Federal Labor Relations Regulation Law No. (8) of 1980 In order to achieve the Emiratization policies, plans and programs in the labor market in the country, and the passage of all new work permits for federal, local, governmental and semi-governmental entities, and private sector institutions that are not subject to the authority of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Ministry, to prove that there are no citizens looking for work registered in the base Data The Ministry, able to perform the required job, in application of Article (14) of Federal Law No. (8) of 1980, regarding the regulation of labor relations and its amendments, in addition to allocating a financial fund against unemployment for citizens working in the private sector at the time of economic crises, and disbursing social assistance to citizens searching For work and registered in the database of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

The list also included a general topic in the matter of the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority policy, in which the Council adopted 11 parliamentary recommendations, most notably supporting operational plans and work programs to implement the Authority's strategic plan initiatives.

Also among the seven topics is the issue of the Ministry of Community Development’s policy regarding people of determination, for which the Council adopted 20 parliamentary recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of amending the Federal Law No. (29) of 2006 regarding persons with disabilities and its amendments, to align it with the national policy to empower people of determination. And decisions related to them, and amending the provisions of Federal Law No. (8) for the year 1981 regarding the regulation of labor relations and Federal Law Decree No. (11) for the year 2008 regarding human resources in the Federal Government and its amendments regarding legalization of working hours and leave for employees of determination and their families in the public and private sectors .

The list included the subject of the Ministry of Justice policy regarding services provided to customers, in which the Council ended up with nine recommendations, most notably ensuring the provision of financial allocations within the budget of the Ministry of Justice to implement priority initiatives in customer service, and the inclusion of happiness indicators in the Ministry of Justice's strategic plan (2017-2021) To ensure the provision of a happy environment for customers and workers, and to prepare a training plan to attract and qualify citizen cadres in the judicial and legal field.

The list also included the subject of the policy of the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, which included 14 parliamentary recommendations, including the speed of issuing the necessary amendments to the laws and legislations regulating the work of the Central Bank, in cooperation with the Federation of Banks and the relevant authorities, and developing a mechanism for the complaints system in the Central Bank, allowing the study of opinions and complaints Customers and take decisions and recommendations in this regard, in addition to setting necessary training plans and policies for citizens working in the central bank and the banking sector in the country.

Emirates Post policy

The list of general issues that the Federal National Council adopted its recommendations, and sent to the government, included the subject of Emirates Post Group policy, in which the council concluded eight parliamentary recommendations, the most important of which was the implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (30/63) for the year 2006 in relation to a palace Fill administrative and administrative positions to help citizens only, with the need for the group to adhere to the Emiratization policies, mechanisms and plans for the federal government, prepare work initiatives and projects to raise indicators of job satisfaction and harmony, reduce resignations, and find quick solutions to employee grievances and complaints.
