He pointed out that there are several studies, projects and various initiatives, which will be implemented during the next five years for workers, the most important of which is a specialized center for vocational rehabilitation, centers for labor sponsorships in various industrial regions, and the preparation of a database for workers, or the so-called labor archive, so that it is a reference for all parties in the emirate , The ongoing digital transformation project, a private network for volunteers, a program to prepare leaders of the labor sector, improvement of some labor facilities and facilities, and a health insurance program that is being studied in cooperation with the relevant authorities for its implementation.

He pointed out that the number of workers in Sharjah has reached 570 thousand workers, constituting 11% of employment in the country, pointing to the development of 12 axes within the strategic plan for organizing the labor sector in Sharjah, which is empowering workers and making them happy, developing beneficial partnerships in the labor sector, and improving labor and labor systems and policies Rehabilitation of specialized cadres, increasing revenues, raising the efficiency of utilizing institutional resources, instilling a culture of innovation and productivity, deepening job loyalty, improving workers and employers relations, automating labor regulations and procedures, increasing dependence on smart activities, and increasing reliance on evil resources No.

He continued: "Our strategic plans aim to support these workers and employers, and provide for their needs in cooperation with government agencies and private establishments." He pointed out that the authority has succeeded in accomplishing a large part of these plans, as it has completed a field survey of some of the workers' homes, to know their status and needs And to provide recommendations aimed at amending, improving and developing them, where the Sharjah Electricity Authority installed 1000 electricity columns in industrial areas in Sajja that were dark, and the implementation of internal roads by the Roads and Transport Authority, pointing out that there are many needs that have been discovered in industrial areas, and is being developed And improve its services to improve their cooperation with the competent authorities.

Al-Qusair indicated that the field survey indicated the necessity of taking care of the infrastructure in the labor areas, and that there is a need to provide commercial and sporting places and health, educational and recreational care in areas with labor intensity, pointing out that the authority is establishing five labor parks, which include a set of services, such as stadiums and arenas To practice various types of sports, mosques, shops, and cafes.

He revealed that the authority will receive from the authority overseeing the establishment of parks, the first park in the “Al Sajaa 3” area this month, and its cost amounted to 6.3 million dirhams, indicating that it will open its doors to workers soon, as it includes stadiums and multi-use halls, and commercial stores to serve them and meet their needs, Pointing out that there is a tendency to allocate one of these parks to become a commercial and commercial center, and another as a playground for practicing cricket preferred by most workers, and work is being done to develop the necessary plans for that, in cooperation with a number of government agencies and private institutions.
