“We really talked about a lot, went down to the depths of gray times in our life together in one state, discussed many historical dates and moments (they are known),” BelTA quotes Lukashenko.

He noted that the parties discussed issues, "which concern many of our neighbors, the former countries of the Soviet Union, the policy that is now being pursued by us, by them."

Lukashenko added that, having reached the present, the presidents decided with those who are involved in the process to continue the conversation.

Earlier it became known that Putin and Lukashenko began negotiations in Sochi in an expanded format.
