The Paris Stock Exchange ended sharply higher (+ 0.88%) Thursday, Chinese customs tax reductions allowing it to put the impact of the coronavirus into perspective and to relocate above 6,000 points.

The CAC 40 index gained 52.78 points to 6,038.18 points, in a substantial trading volume of 4.4 billion euros. The day before, it had finished up 0.85%.
