The defense of the defendant in the case of a fire in the Tomsk region appealed the arrest

“Yesterday, an appeal was received by mail from a lawyer,” a representative of the Kirovsky District Court of Tomsk told RIA Novosti.

It was previously reported that a measure of restraint in the form of detention was taken against the accused until March 21, 2020.

As the investigator stated at the meeting, after the fire, the accused went to another region and hid from the investigating authorities until her employees established the location of the Tomsk UFSB.

On January 21, in the village of Prichulymsky, Tomsk Region, a fire broke out in the house where employees of the logging company Greenwood LLC lived. It was reported that as a result of the fire killed ten citizens of Uzbekistan and one Russian woman. Later it became known about another dead.
