“Yesterday, an appeal was received by mail from a lawyer,” a representative of the Kirovsky District Court of Tomsk told RIA Novosti.

As the investigator stated at the meeting, after the fire, the accused went to another region and hid from the investigating authorities until her employees established the location of the Tomsk UFSB.
