Immediately, the Sudanese army proceeded to support its supreme leader, Speaker of the Sovereign Council, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, in his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Entebbe, Uganda, and he promised him in a 19-word statement investigating the supreme interest of national security.

Perhaps the proof backs the army - according to observers - after a wave of widespread rejection of political forces and religious currents that included the political incubator of the government of the revolution, "the coalition of forces of freedom and ruling change."

Al-Burhan held a meeting of the General Command with the leaders of the Armed Forces on Wednesday, with the President of the Sovereignty Council and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, who reviewed the results of his visit to Uganda and its outputs "in the best interests of the country and its national security."

A state of confusion and division emerged after the meeting between Al-Burhan and Netanyahu within the government and the forces of freedom and change.

Varying information
According to the informed source, the levels of knowledge with which al-Burhan and Netanyahu met varied within the components of the government, the "Cabinet and Sovereignty Council".

The same source clarifies that an earlier enlightenment informed the Council of Ministers and Sovereignty that a step would be taken to break the isolation from Sudan, perhaps its gates were understandings with Israel.

He adds that a level of both houses was later informed that a meeting soon would take place with a senior Israeli official, without specifying the nature of the official, the time and place of the meeting.

The source confirms that a more narrow circle - which included Prime Minister Abdullah Hamduk and the Joint Defense Council, which includes some of the ministers - was aware of the meeting with Entebbe in advance.

Al-Burhan confirmed the last hypothesis at a press conference on Wednesday, saying that he notified Hamdouk of meeting Entebbe two days before his appointment.

Constitutional bypass
At the level of the ruling coalition, "the forces of freedom and change", they expressed an understanding of the move after a series of meetings with the Council of Ministers and the Council of Sovereignty that followed the return of the proof from Uganda on Tuesday, but four leaders in the coalition expressed some reservations.

According to the informed source, the reservations were concentrated on the lack of prior consultation, and bypassing the constitutional document signed between the military component and the forces of freedom and change as international relations are the prerogative of the executive branch.

Al-Burhan had told reporters that the forces of freedom and change had no objection to the move, but that they were not to consult with her before the meeting.

The Central Council of the Alliance of Freedom and Change Forces said in a statement after a series of meetings with the Council of Ministers, the President of the Sovereign Council and its members, that the coalition has no knowledge of this meeting, and described the meeting as a breach that casts negative shadows on the political situation in the country.

He pointed out that the constitutional document stipulated that external relations are the prerogative of the executive authority, and therefore, their overreach is firmly and clearly rejected.

Government concerns
The researcher and academic, Al-Nur Hamad, believes that there is a part of the Sovereign Council of Ministers that was aware of the meeting with Entebbe because the proof cannot take a similar step on its own.

In an interview with Al-Jazeera Net, Hamad ruled out a rift between the military and civilians, due to the understandings that took place between Al-Burhan and Netanyahu.

This vision is agreed by Professor of International Relations Rashid Muhammad Ali Al-Sheikh, who says that the meeting is difficult to conduct individually from the proof and that there is a need for high coordination.

He considered the statements made by the Minister of Information, government spokesman Faisal Muhammad Salih, and Foreign Minister Asma Muhammad Abdullah were due to fear of reaction in the street, especially as the government is in an intolerable state of frequent criticism.

But the sheikh says that the government’s handling of the event needed more audacity and difficult situations, especially as it is a government of revolution and change.

Shock absorption
According to the informed source, the proof of proof issued on Tuesday and the Hamdouk tweet on Twitter on Wednesday are intended to absorb the shock left by the meeting, which is the first official communication between Khartoum and Tel Aviv.

He says that the statement of proof was issued after the meeting of the forces of freedom and change with the councils of sovereignty and ministers and carried the man’s recognition of the meeting and linked it to national security and the interests of the supreme Sudanese, while affirming Sudan’s principled position on the Palestinian issue.

Hamdouk tweeted, welcoming the proof of his meeting with the Israeli Prime Minister, stressing the commitment to move forward in order to achieve the dues of the important transitional phase and overcome the challenges.

"The transitional structures as a whole must ensure accountability, responsibility and transparency in all decisions taken, and the constitutional document remains the legal framework in determining responsibilities, and foreign relations are at the core of the functions of the Council of Ministers as stipulated in the constitutional document," Hamaddouk added.

Why the proof?
The head of the Umma Party, Mubarak al-Fadil al-Mahdi, is likely to have proof that before going to Entebbe to meet Netanyahu, he may have spoken to Hamdock.

And he points out that the choice was the proof, because he "wore several hats" because he is the head of state, head of the Joint Defense Council and commander of the army, while Hamdouk did not have the nerve to undertake this task because he would have been faced with the rejection of the forces of freedom and change.

The Mahdi says that the Freedom and Change Alliance is horizontal without leadership and includes Arab parties, and it is difficult to agree on a similar step, so the American and Israeli side chose the proof to carry out the task that needs to be secret.

He considers that the proof of the proof with Netanyahu and his invitation to Washington is tantamount to opening lines with the military and denying the assumption of the United States' concern for civilians in the transitional government at the expense of the military.
