Tragic event in Malaga . An elderly man died on Wednesday night in the troubled neighborhood of La Palmilla when he was hit by a bullet lost during a shooting between two rival clans.
The events have occurred around 22:00 on Ebro Street , where there has been an armed confrontation between two groups in an area where friction usually occurs between families engaged in the business of selling drugs .
During the shooting, as sources close to the case have pointed out, an old man who was at the scene and who was alerted by the shooting was fatally hit.
The man, a septuagenarian, who was said to be a son of a policeman and who came to celebrate his birthday , has died as a result of the injuries suffered.
The neighborhood is tonight taken by agents to prevent further incidents and it is working the troops of the Scientific Police , who would have collected caps on the scene.
The Homicide Group of the Provincial Police of Malaga has taken over the case.
This event is practically similar to the one that in 2008 cost Yolanda GM , a 32-year-old mother who was hit by a lost bullet when she returned home to make the purchase. The projectile was shot by an individual who was arguing with another for the sale of a car on which a judicial embargo was weighing and who was subsequently arrested after fleeing the place.
