The joint venture said that none of the approved plans for the activities of departments for the specified period meets the established requirements.

“Only 26% of the state program and subprogramme indicators for which they are responsible are included in the federal executive plan. Of the indicators of national and federal projects, 55% are taken into account in the plans, ”said the Accounts Chamber.

It is noted that the audit was planned, it was conducted from February to December 2019. The report covered the period from 2017 to 2018 and the first nine months of 2019.

In January, the head of the Accounts Chamber, Alexei Kudrin, said that forestry management in Russia was ineffective.
