“The reports circulated on February 4 by a number of news sources about allegedly shelling by the pro-Turkish formations of the Russian military police post north of the city of Tell Rifat in the Aleppo province of the Syrian Arab Republic are untrue,” the agency said.
They emphasized that Russian military advisers and military police units in Syria are safe.
Earlier, the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria commented on the statement of the Turkish side about the shelling of positions by the Syrian military.
