The document is being developed by the Ministry of Justice with the participation of the Federal Bailiff Service.
Now, claimants must tell the person their last name, first name and patronymic before talking about debt. In accordance with the proposed changes, it will be sufficient to name only the name and identification number.
As noted in the ministry, the initiative aims to "protect personal data."
