The UAE affirmed its solidarity with the People's Republic of China in facing the spread of the new "Corona" virus in some Chinese cities, and expressed its full confidence in China's efforts in effective response and prudent management of this situation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation stated in a statement that the UAE, based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and in light of the comprehensive and private strategic partnership between the two countries, in coordination with the relevant authorities in the People's Republic of China Friendly to work together to provide all necessary medical supplies to cope with the spread of the virus.
The ministry added that the UAE is fully and continuously prepared to harness the resources and capabilities available to it to make the utmost contribution to support the Chinese effective efforts.
