Sharjah Police is the first security leadership at the state level that uses "WhatsApp" to provide services to the public, where service information is available around the clock, with easy access to it at any time and anywhere, through the automatic response service, to clarify all services provided by the General Command Sharjah Police via "WhatsApp" on the number 065633333, and the service is available in three languages (Arabic, English, and Urdu), to provide all the information clearly and transparently to all groups of society, including those of determination. Al Shamsi stressed the continued leadership of Sharjah Police in developing its smart electronic services, which contribute to facilitating the services provided to the public, responding to clients' inquiries and inquiries, enabling them to obtain information in the easiest ways, and enhancing communication with all groups of society, as well as supporting innovation in the field of service provision Security institutions, with the continuation of the investment process in modern technologies, in pursuit of the goals of Sharjah Police emanating from the strategic goal of the Ministry of Interior, which is to embed a culture of innovation in the institutional work environment.
