The Council also adopted, within the decisions, a decision regarding the study of the status of licensed youth associations in the country, with the Ministry of Community Development undertaking supervision and follow-up on the Emirates Girl Guides Association, the Emirates Scout Association, the Emirates Mountain Hobbies Association, the Emirates Diving Association, the Emirates Youth Hostels Association, and the Youth Art Theater. The establishment of the National Committee for Popular Arts, which is considered a national technical advisory committee concerned with all popular artistic activities within the state in terms of artistic and scientific terms, has been approved, and aims to enhance the national identity, interest and care of popular arts, which is an important component of the nation's heritage, and develop, supervise and direct it according to principles And the values ​​of the UAE and our wise leadership directions, and using them to introduce the identity and heritage of the country in international forums.

The committee is concerned with granting technical approvals to folk arts groups and societies before practicing their artistic activities, and also examining the artistic content of any folk art group visiting the country before submitting their offers, to ensure that the content is compatible with customs and traditions and does not violate customs and public taste.

In organizational matters, the Council approved the restructuring of the Board of Directors of the National Qualifications Authority, headed by Minister of Education Hussein bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi.
